The production process of double-layer glass

1. Prepare the ingredients. The main raw materials of the double-layer glass glass are quartz sand, limestone, feldspar, soda ash and boric acid. According to the designed square list, the various raw materials are weighed and put into the mixer to mix evenly.
2. Dissolving. The prepared raw materials are heated at high temperature to form a liquid bubble-free glass liquid.
3. Forming. Converts molten glass into solid products with a fixed shape. This is a cooling process where the glass first transforms from a viscous liquid state to a plastic state and then to a brittle solid state. Forming methods can be divided into two categories: artificial forming and mechanical forming.
